3D Desk Calendar (mock-up)

I was asked to prepare for 3D typographic desk calendar with 12 months on view. The brief was to make full use of 3D forms and flat or textured colour. Once I decided to use a hexahedral form, the details of the layout became quite simple. I am particularly happy with the way the strong inside colour (black) seen through the gaps and cut-outs gives the object depth.
